Sales Executive

Responsible for sourcing and converting customers for *Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Loan Against Property (LAP)* through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market activities. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, documentation, coordination with credit/operations teams, and achieving monthly business targets. Key Responsibilities: * Monthly loan sourcing/disbursement * Number and quality of applications logged * Conversion ratio * Revenue/fee generation * New customer acquisition * DSA/channel partner activation * Portfolio quality and documentation accuracy * Customer retention and referral generation Requirements: * 1–4 years of experience in *NBFC, Bank, Fintech, Retail Lending, DSA, or Financial Services Sales*. * Experience in *PL/BL/LAP or other retail/SME lending products* preferred. * Strong field sales and lead-generation skills. * Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. * Target-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Knowledge of local market and customer base is an advantage. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline/ Intermediate also Preferred
