Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cold calling strategy to identify and connect with executive-level decision-makers in target organizations across India.
• Conduct in-depth research to understand prospective clients' business needs, industry challenges, and strategic objectives before initial outreach.
• Articulate complex value propositions clearly and concisely, demonstrating how our solutions address specific pain points and deliver measurable ROI.
• Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and sales funnel progression within the CRM system.



Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in B2B cold calling, business development, or outbound sales, with a significant portion at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and securing executive-level meetings for complex solutions or services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Proficient in leveraging CRM software  for lead management, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape, local market nuances, and common decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage a high volume of outreach, and prioritize tasks effectively.
