Description:

Our mission is to help customers save time and money when purchasing commercial kitchen equipment and supplies by providing a customer-centric shopping experience and through leveraging our industry buying power.

We are seeking a Virtual Sales Executive to work collaboratively in assisting our best-in-class sales team and e-commerce store. We do ZERO COLD CALLING and have 1,200 new customers each week, shared between our growing team of sales reps, customer service, and sales assistance. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to navigate software platforms with ease, excellent prioritization skills; capable of multitasking without stress and team-oriented, always ready to support colleagues.


Skills and Requirements:

● 5+ Years of Customer Service or Sales experience.

● 5+ Years of Foodservice experience.

● Excellent proficiency in English must be able to speak and write fluent English.

● High interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effectiveness in cross-functional team collaboration.

● Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in CRM software (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office products (Excel).

● High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.


Responsibilities and Duties

● Call and check lead times for items directly with factories, ensuring accurate and timely information is relayed to the sales team and customers.

● Obtain order updates and track shipments, providing valuable customers with timely and precise tracking information.

● Assist in entering orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order processing phase.

● Conduct follow-up communications with customers to confirm their satisfaction with the products and services received, addressing any concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.

● Support the sales team with various tasks as needed to facilitate the growth of sales, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service efforts.
