The Sales Engineer will drive sales and support for Nextivity products by collaborating with enterprise customers, systems integrators, and distributors. Summary
The Sales Engineer will work for the Regional Sales VP to drive sales and support of Nextivity products and services within the assigned region. The position will focus on Enterprise customers, Systems Integrators and Distributors to enable and drive a preference for Nextivity solutions. This position will also include pre- and post-sales support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members to drive sales via pre-sales efforts and initial product presentations and demos.
Collaborate with customers to collect and validate technical requirement for configuration of products for use on local networks.
Support customer acceptance testing and trials.
Work with sales team to create and maintain accurate customer documentation inclined configuration guides and customization requirements
Manage product issues and bugs, write and track Jira requests, work with HQ engineering to load and test product changes and fixes.
Provide ongoing support for products including hardware and software.
Cooperate with other members of the technical team and share information across the organization.
Maintain close relationship with customers, integrators, and distributors to as to solicit early feedback about any issues with products or systems.
Manage enablement training and assist Distributors, System Integrators, and other channel partners in region when new products information is provided.
Monitor customer feedback during new product introductions and provide timely feedback to engineering and product development.

Work Experience
Must possess at least five (5) years of experience working with mobile technology (3G/4G/5G)
Experience and understanding of DAS and In-Building Wireless products and solutions required
Experience and understanding of Public Safety products and solutions is preferred
Understanding of the In-Building Coverage Planning and Tools, particularly useful would be IB Wave experience is required
Practical working knowledge of any NMS / OSS is preferred
Combined background of post‐sale support and pre‐sales development is required
Knowledge of Private Networking/CBRS is preferred
Knowledge of and experience with MNOs in the United States is preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Four-year Engineering Degree from an accredited institution or Equivalent Work Experience.
Travel Requirement
This position will require regular multi-day and overnight travel.
