Conduct customer workshops and training sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
Develop a detailed understanding of Motive’s install base and deployed use cases in key accounts to proactively develop and propose new use cases, technical solutions building..
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product development.
Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders in key accounts to influence their solutions roadmap.
