We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented SDR and Outreach Specialist to support our sales and marketing team with lead research, cold outreach, appointment setting, and link-building and PR outreach. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is comfortable researching prospects, writing clear outreach messages, and following up consistently without the need to be reminded.
You will help B2B Realty create more sales opportunities by identifying the right prospects, contacting them through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other approved channels, and helping move qualified prospects toward appointments with the sales team. Most of the role is sales-related. Around 75% of your work will focus on sales outreach, lead research, follow-up, and appointment setting. Around 25% will support marketing outreach, including blogger outreach, link-building outreach, media outreach, and PR support.
You will be guided on our ideal customer profile and given tools and resources to find prospects, but prospect research and list-building will be a core part of your job. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outbound sales and appointment setting. We are looking for someone who is persistent without being pushy, professional without sounding robotic, and organized enough to manage many small outreach threads at once.
The right person will be curious, resourceful, and comfortable testing different outreach angles. You do not need to be a senior salesperson, but you do need to be reliable, coachable, and able to communicate clearly with prospects.

Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required. We care more about your ability to learn quickly, follow a process, stay organized, and communicate clearly.
Working Schedule
This is a full-time remote role. Most of the work can be done asynchronously, but you must be available for at least 1–2 hours per day between 9 AM and 11 AM EST for timely follow-ups with contacts or urgent sales support. This role is suitable for candidates who can work independently, manage their own daily tasks, and communicate clearly with a remote team.
