We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with businesses, generate leads, and book qualified appointments with decision-makers. This is a fast-paced position where consistency and drive are key to success. The candidate will drive sales and generate leads for Adlinc and one of our clients.The ideal candidate will have lead generation, appointment setting, and sales experience.
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls daily to a curated list of businesses actively hiring for administrative, logistics, accounting, and related roles.
Consistently book appointments.
Speak confidently with professionals at all levels.
Accurately log activities and outcomes in client CRM.
Manage and update lead lists generated through prospecting platforms.
Organise and track call lists, notes, and outcomes.
Collaborate to refine scripts, improve objection handling, and sharpen targeting for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements
Required:
2+ years of experience in outbound SDR, appointment setting, or inside sales roles.
1+ year of daily CRM use. Must be comfortable logging calls, creating tasks, and tracking pipeline activity.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high activity metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Resilient mindset — able to stay motivated, handle frequent rejection, and keep pushing until results are achieved.
