We’re looking for a resourceful, driven Real Estate Outreach Associate to identify, evaluate, and secure housing opportunities across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, high-volume outreach, relationship building, and negotiation.
You’ll be responsible for finding available housing options, contacting property owners and managers, negotiating pricing and terms, and moving opportunities forward quickly. This is a hands-on role for someone who is persistent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy matter.
The right person will be a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, and someone who enjoys digging until they find the right solution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify available housing options across online platforms, databases, and other sourcing channels
● Conduct high-volume outreach to property owners, landlords, and other housing providers
● Negotiate rates and terms to help secure strong options
● Build and maintain relationships with property owners and housing partners
● Track leads, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and opportunity status accurately
● Identify creative solutions for unique housing needs
● Communicate clearly and quickly with internal team members to help move opportunities forward
Requirements:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong comfort with cold outreach, follow-up, and negotiation
● English fluency
● Strong online research and problem-solving skills
● Experience in sales, sourcing, real estate, or another high-volume outreach role
● Highly organized and able to manage multiple active opportunities at once
● Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Backgrounds:
● Experience in real estate, rentals, relocation, corporate housing, short-term or monthly rentals
● Experience using spreadsheets, CRM tools, AI tools, or other systems to manage outreach and workflow
● Previous work in a fast-paced, sales-focused, and remote environment
