About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and expand our outbound sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a strong background in lead generation, outbound prospecting, CRM management, and sales technology. This role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable engaging decision-makers through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
This position plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing prospect data, optimizing outbound campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, adding 250 new leads into the CRM per week.
- Ensure 100% of leads match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and include enriched data (email, LinkedIn, and phone details).
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, identifying 3-5 new competitors or industry trends weekly to refine lead generation strategies.
Outbound Sales Execution
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using:
- Cold Email
- Cold Calling
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Social Selling Strategies
- Execute high-volume outreach sending 500 outbound emails, making at least 200 outbound cold calls, and sending 50-75 LinkedIn connection requests/messages per week.
- Personalize at least 30% of emails to improve engagement and response rates.
- Follow up with 100% of engaged prospects and LinkedIn responses within 12 hours.
- Leave at least 50 strategic voicemails per week and engage with at least 10 prospect posts on social media (comments, likes, reshares).
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM.
- Update lead statuses and activity notes consistently.
- Manage prospect pipelines and outreach sequences.
- Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Sales Technology & Systems
- Support setup and management of outbound sales tools.
- Manage email warm-up processes and deliverability.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to CRM, outreach platforms, and email systems.
- Optimize workflows and automation where appropriate.
Marketing & Messaging Support
- Help craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with prospects and clients.
- A/B test at least two different cold email or LinkedIn message variations weekly.
- Use basic SEO techniques and identify 3-5 new keyword opportunities to enhance lead generation and marketing visibility.
- Ensure your personal SDR LinkedIn profile is fully optimized for credibility and engagement.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor outreach performance and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly reports detailing activity, response rates, meetings booked, and key insights.
- Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing sales training.
Required Qualifications
- English: Native English speaker (written and spoken).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Technical Aptitude: Experience with setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Customer Facing: Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust strategies as needed.

Key Performance Targets (KPIs)
- Outbound Volume: 500 emails, 200 cold calls, and 50-75 LinkedIn messages weekly.
- Conversion Goals: Achieve an 8-12% email response rate and secure a 15%+ reply rate from LinkedIn outreach.
- Call Quality: Speak with at least 10% of total call attempts (20+ meaningful conversations per week).
- Results: Target at least 2 qualified sales meetings booked per week (aiming for at least 1 meeting directly from cold calling).
- Pipeline Quality: Ensure 30%+ of booked meetings move to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
