The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our pipeline and create qualified sales opportunities for our closing team.

You’ll work with inbound interest, referrals, founder-led content, and support targeted outbound campaigns to identify high-potential brands and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Your job is simple but critical: Create and turn interest into qualified conversations.

What You'll Do

  • 2–4+ years in SDR / BDR / sales development roles

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Experience in agency, SaaS, or marketing services preferred

  • Strong written communication skills (email + LinkedIn)

  • Comfortable qualifying leads and asking direct questions about budget and goals

  • Organized and metrics-driven

  • Self-motivated in a remote environment

Bonus:

  • Experience booking calls for high-ticket service offers

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently booking 20–40 qualified meetings per month

  • Maintaining strong show-up rates

  • Generating pipeline that converts into revenue

  • Contributing to scaling a structured outbound engine

This role has a clear growth path to Account Executive for top performers.

Compensation

  • OTE (base + performance commissions): CAD $55,000 – $80,000+
