Sales Consultant - The Travel Corporation
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid) or Remote (must be located in Australia or New Zealand)
Work type: Full-time, 5 days per week - your roster will always include Saturday and Sunday, with the remaining three shifts falling on weekdays; shifts can be between 7 am and 10 pm. Please note we are open to part-time as long as the weekend shifts are covered.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Contact Centre team at The Travel Corporation (TTC). What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email and chat guiding them through their holiday planning journey.
- Convert warm leads into bookings using a consultative, strategic approach.
- Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce; track follow-ups, log activity, and drive conversions.
- Drive revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by recommending the right travel experiences based on each guest’s or advisor’s needs.
- Consistently achieve KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing wins and best practices.
- Stay current on our travel products, brand promotions, and global travel trends.
- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
