What you’ll do 
As a Personal Lines Sales Broker at Mitchyou’ll work with leads we generate, giving you a pipeline of prospects who are actively shopping for insurance and are ready to engage.  
 
Using our proven playbook, you’ll uncover prospects’ needs and provide guidance on the different solutions availableYou’ll have access to products from over 70 insurance companies and a streamlined sales process designed for speed, accuracy, and volume – so you can focus on building relationships and helping clients choose coverages that are right for them.  
 
You take pride in your professionalism and expertise, and you’re continually looking for ways to refine your skills to elevate both your impact and the value you provide.  
 
What you’re amazing at 

  • Selling consultatively by listening first, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending coverage solutions that truly fit client needs 
  • Naturally moving conversations forward, turning objections into opportunitiesand confidently closing every sale 
  • Working quickly and accurately across multiple systems while keeping clients engaged 
  • Taking full ownership of your performance and maintaining a high standard of accountability  
  • Operating with integrity in every interaction with clients, teammates, and carriers while strengthening your reputation as a trusted advisor 
  • Adhering to all underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements 
     
  • Keeping up with products, industry trends, and market conditions to provide clients with up-to-date insights   
  • Staying positive and thriving under pressure 
     

Your qualifications
You’ve worked as a Personal Lines Sales Broker at an insurance brokerage for at least one year 
and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence. 
 
Compensation 
We offer a commission-based compensation plan with an annual base salary of $50,000  $60,000 and on-target total earnings of up to $140,000 for brokers closing 60 policies per month. Brokers who exceed that benchmark are compensated accordingly. There are no caps or ceilings – the more you produce, the more you earn.
