2. Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
• Prepare daily sales and collection reports for the Sales Manager.
• Support in preparing quotations, reports, letters, and sales documents.
• Communicate Sales Manager instructions to the sales team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain and file all sales-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts, and Logistics for order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on approvals, special orders, and customer requests.
• Distribute price lists and update sales information to the team.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, business plans, and sales reports.
• Support in resolving customer complaints and coordinating with QC when needed.

4.1 Education & Experience
• Minimum High School degree
• A minimum 0 of 2 years’ experience in similar and related field
