AI Summary

Manage a portfolio of hotel parking assets by analyzing demand, occupancy, booking lead times, and competitor pricing to set dynamic prices and maximize revenue. Advise clients, report on performance and ROI, improve platform utilization, and develop scalable processes in collaboration with revenue, product, and technology teams.

About Ocra

Ocra is an AI-powered Revenue Management System (RMS) and Global Distribution System (GDS) built for hotel parking assets. Hotels use Ocra to sell underutilized parking inventory through “parking OTAs” to non-guest customers looking to park near airports and event venues.

Ocra's team of parking revenue management experts drives revenue growth without adding labor or disrupting operations, helping hotels increase net operating income (NOI) while never compromising parking for hotel guests and staff.

Ocra partners with 50+ operators and 25+ hotel groups at 600+ locations. The company has raised $10M, most recently an oversubscribed $5M round co-led by Trestle Partners and MCR Hotels.

You will be an integral part of our revenue engine—providing data and analytics to clients and partners to ensure maximum REVPAS for each asset.

You will also be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by collaborating with our revenue and product teams to iterate on and deliver a world-class product.

  • Client-Focused Execution: Directly manage relationships with asset owners, delivering strategic recommendations and regular performance reviews to drive client success.

  • Advanced Analytics: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, evaluate pricing performance, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue uplift.

  • Platform Optimization: Continuously enhance Ocra’s platform utilization, collaborating closely with product and technology teams to ensure operational effectiveness and scalability.

  • Reporting & Communication: Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards tailored to client objectives and internal stakeholders, clearly demonstrating ROI and revenue impacts.

  • Process Development: Implement best practices and SOPs to streamline operations, ensure consistency across accounts, and facilitate efficient client onboarding and support.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or yield management, preferably within hospitality, parking, travel, or similar B2B industries.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in Excel, BI tools, and familiarity with pricing software.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • Demonstrated capability in scaling revenue management strategies from initial concept through broad implementation.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with inventory and pricing management specifically in parking, hospitality, or mobility-related industries.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), or advanced data analytics tools.

  • Prior experience working in a managed service or client-facing analytics consulting role.
