Job Summary
The Revenue Enablement Program Manager, GTM supports Granicus’s Global Revenue team in assessing, designing and delivering enablement programs and training solutions for our most strategic Go-To-Market strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with marketing, product management, revenue leadership, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact training programs, materials, tools, and resources that drive revenue performance and revenue growth.
You will work with the field, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to define enablement objectives to execute go-to-market (GTM) enablement programming, to enhance seller productivity, and drive GTM readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue enablement, a deep understanding of GTM elements, and the ability to synthesize GTM marketing into revenue GTM readiness, playing a pivotal role in supporting the revenue organization’s critical growth initiatives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
- Own the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of enablement programs to support critical growth initiatives to create revenue GTM readiness and revenue adoption
- Drive reinforcement of value-based selling motions, sales methodology, sales process, and sales skills best practices in the creation of GTM enablement programming
- Collaborate with marketing, product, GTM strategy teams, and revenue leadership in the creation of GTM enablement programing
- Partner with stakeholders to reaffirm GTM materials reflect our commercial insights and are aligned to our sales methodology and sales process
- Partner internally to develop and document standardization for GTM enablement programming, deliverables and timelines. Partner internally to identify, standardize, templatize, and document enablement-required inputs from various stakeholders aligned with our sales process and sales methodology for successful and timely enablement program development
- Tailor content and information to various roles, segments, competencies, and sales motions, as applicable
- Develop knowledge assessments and certification exams and programs to measure student learning and application
- Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of GTM Readiness initiative
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Engage in structured call listening and call coaching programs, one-to-one coaching, or hand-on coaching and training to support training initiatives, as applicable
- Support the onboarding curriculum for the revenue organization
You Will Love This Job If You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience or a related role, preferably in a SaaS model, or B2G environment. Experience in public sector sales is highly desirable
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs that align with GTM strategies and drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales best practices
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
- Strong project/program management and organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of change management principles, with experience leading organizational change initiatives that impact sales processes and behaviors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles. Certification in training methodologies or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP, etc.) is a plus
- Experience using revenue enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, and Salesloft as well as Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications
This role requires up to 10% travel, including overnight stays, within the US to deliver in-person training sessions and attend revenue enablement events. Travel schedules will be communicated in advance
