About the role:

The Revenue Enablement Manager is primarily responsible for partnering directly with Sales on customer-facing opportunities, providing product expertise, demo support, discovery assistance, and solution guidance throughout the sales process. This role works closely with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, Media Intelligence, and Professional Services teams to help prospects understand the value of Agility's platform and ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role that spends significant time supporting live sales opportunities, participating in prospect conversations, delivering product demonstrations, and helping sales teams navigate complex customer requirements.

Experience with Professional Services in the media monitoring space is considered an asset.

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will act as a product champion, support the sales organization during active opportunities, maintain competitive intelligence documentation, and help ensure sales teams are equipped to effectively position Agility's solutions.


Your impact:

  • Partner directly with Account Executives on active sales opportunities, supporting discovery calls, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer presentations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Agility's products, helping prospects understand platform capabilities and recommending solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training programs, content/sales messaging, processes, best practices, and tools that support the sales organization in effectively selling Agility products.
  • Manage an ongoing cadence of communication with sales teams, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and informed on new product features and updates.
  • Provide hands-on demo support and participate in customer-facing meetings as a regular part of the sales process.
  • Support foundational and continuous learning programs for sales teams, including training content creation and delivery.
  • Partner with the Agility Marketing team to support the development of promotional and enablement materials.
  • Track enablement program metrics, create reports on outcomes, and communicate results effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Manage sales enablement projects and coordinate enablement-related activities across teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update competitive battlecards, with a focus on Database, Social Listening, and Media Monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Revenue Enablement to communicate customer and prospect requirements from an Engineering perspective, including features that could positively impact sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated.
  • Other duties as required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Revenue Enablement, Product Enablement, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B SaaS sales cycles through product demonstrations, technical discovery, solution design, or customer-facing presentations.
  • Strong ability to understand customer business challenges and translate product capabilities into practical solutions.
  • People and customer management skills - especially problem solving - is very important.
  • Ability to identify (potential) problems and propose solutions in a clear concise way is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities.
  • Ability to interpret information and translate into actionable recommendations is a must.
  • Comfort participating in customer meetings and partnering directly with Sales throughout the buying process.
  • Strong computer skills in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, PowerPoint are necessary.
  • Highly organized and skilled at project management.
  • Track record of integrity, honesty and the ability to instill this in others.
  • Exposure to Media Intelligence, media monitoring, Professional Services, or complex software platforms is considered an asset.

Total Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the range of $80,000 – $125,000 CAD annually. The final offer will reflect each candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
