Resource Consultant – MSP Agency Services

Wilson is seeking a driven, resourceful, and highly organized Resource Consultant to join our MSP Agency Services team. In this role, you'll identify, engage, and deliver top talent across a diverse portfolio of MSP programs, clients, industries, and skill sets.

Leveraging recruiting expertise, market intelligence, and technology, you'll build talent pipelines, connect candidates with new opportunities, and help drive successful hiring outcomes. The most successful Resource Consultants are energized by the hunt for talent, thrive in fast-moving environments, and bring urgency, accountability, and passion to everything they do.

YOU WILL:

• Source and engage active and passive candidates across multiple industries, skill sets, and geographic markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demand.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using professional networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and market research.
• Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations against client requirements.
• Prepare and submit compelling candidate profiles that clearly communicate candidate fit and value.
• Leverage VMS, ATS, and sourcing tools to manage recruitment activity and candidate pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Meet performance goals related to submissions, interviews, placements, and service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
• Share market insights and sourcing best practices that contribute to team success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or contingent workforce experience.
• Experience supporting MSP, VMS, RPO or agency recruiting environments preferred.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and qualify talent across diverse skill sets and industries.
• Experience utilizing ATS, VMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
