About the Role:
MedPOINT Management is looking for a talented and detail-driven Reports Developer II to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful, actionable reports that support critical business decisions. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using industry-standard reporting tools
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and data pipelines
- Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, or IPA environments is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
