The Replenishment Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring product availability across
our network through effective and efficient inventory replenishment. You will lead a team of
Corporate Buyers and manage day-to-day purchasing operations, working closely with the
Inventory Optimization Manager and cross-functional partners in Sales, Operations, Finance, and
Product Management.
This role is focused on execution, people leadership, supplier collaboration, and continuous
improvement. Your success will ensure that Aramsco maintains high service levels, minimizes
stockouts, and supports profitability through disciplined inventory management practices.

Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000/Yearly

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & People Management

Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Corporate Buyers responsible for daily purchasing and replenishment.

Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and support professional development of team members.

Foster a proactive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.

2. Replenishment Execution

Oversee execution of daily and weekly replenishment activities across multiple product categories and suppliers.

Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with forecast and service goals.

Work with suppliers and logistics partners to address backorders, lead time issues, and delivery delays.

3. Collaboration with Inventory Optimization

Partner closely with the Inventory Optimization Manager and the Demand Planning team to

align replenishment with forecast trends, lifecycle changes, and inventory strategies.

Implement replenishment strategies that support inventory health, minimize excess, and drive service-level goals.

4. Supplier Management

Cultivate strong supplier relationships to ensure timely order fulfillment and cost-effective purchasing.

Support vendor performance reviews and lead time improvement initiatives.

Work with Product Management to understand and support new product introductions, and end-of-life planning from a replenishment perspective.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Monitor and report on key replenishment metrics: PO accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns, service levels.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements using root-cause analysis.

Recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Communication

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Management to balance supply needs with business goals.

Provide proactive communication regarding supply risks and mitigation plans.

Ensure team alignment with broader business initiatives and promotional cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (certifications like APICS, CPIM, or CSCP preferred).

5+ years of experience in purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain within a distribution or retail environment.

Proven experience managing teams and driving results through others.

Strong understanding of supply chain principles, vendor management, and purchasing best practices.

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel; PowerBI or similar reporting tools a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
