About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Rental & Leasing Support Administrator to support our client's Australian residential property management portfolio.
This is a part-time role best suited for someone who has hands-on experience using PropertyMe and understands the day-to-day operations of Australian residential property management. You will play a key role in supporting leasing activities, maintaining accurate tenancy records, preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), managing lease renewals, and assisting with rental arrears follow-up.
The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training, is highly organised, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to support a growing property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Property Administration
- Prepare and maintain Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support leasing activities and rental reviews.
- Manage lease renewal processes, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Monitor rental arrears and follow up with tenants in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate tenancy, property, and lease records within PropertyMe.
- Provide administrative support across a designated residential property portfolio.
- Assist with preparing property documentation, correspondence, and leasing-related administration.
- Ensure all property records, lease information, and tenant details remain accurate and up to date.
Property Management Support
- Support the day-to-day administration of residential rental properties.
- Assist Property Managers with general portfolio administration and operational tasks.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation relating to leases, tenants, and property records.
- Respond to administrative requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks to support daily business operations.
- Assist with documentation, record management, and operational administration.
- Support the management of a growing holiday rental portfolio by ensuring information remains organised, accurate, and accessible.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational processes run efficiently.
- Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, tenant, and property information.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.
- Support the wider property management team with additional administrative duties as required.
- Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the client
About You
- Previous hands-on experience using PropertyMe is essential.
- Previous experience working within Australian residential property management is required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting rental property portfolios and managing rental provider (RP) and tenant information.
- Experience preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
- Experience managing lease renewals and rental arrears administration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to quickly learn client processes and contribute with minimal training.
- Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, preferably Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEST.
