Response: Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Support Tech, LLC

Support Tech, LLC is seeking a proactive, highly driven Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help power our rapid growth. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts—sourcing top-tier global talent, managing candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants smoothly through the hiring lifecycle through onboarding.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide who possess flawless English communication skills (written and spoken) and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Aggregation: Proactively source, headhunt, and aggregate qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach.
  

• Pipeline Management: Guide potential talent seamlessly through every phase of the hiring funnel, from initial outreach and screening to interview scheduling and offer presentation.
  

• Candidate Screening: Assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and culture fit through structured initial interviews.
  

• Onboarding Execution: Facilitate the transition from candidate to team member by coordinating onboarding documentation, equipment setup, and orientation schedules.
  

• Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine ideal candidate profiles, and deliver regular recruitment status updates.
  

Candidate Requirements

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management (preferably in tech or technical support industries).
  

• Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing engines (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, specialized job boards).
  

• Strong track record of converting passive leads into active pipeline candidates.
  

Soft Skills & Environment

• Flawless English Communication: Native-level written and spoken English is essential for conducting interviews, crafting outreach messaging, and representing Support Tech, LLC.
  

• Dedicated Remote Setup: Must have a reliable, distraction-free, and quiet workspace with stable high-speed internet for daily candidate phone/video calls.
  

• Process-Driven: Exceptionally organized, attentive to candidate experience, and able to manage high-volume recruitment funnels independently.
