Remote Scheduling & Planning Specialist

This is a remote position.

The position involves handling multiple tasks, updating schedules as needed, and ensuring all details remain accurate and on track. It supports a variety of coordination and planning functions across different services, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online systems)
  
• Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
  
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or planning is a plus but not required
