COMPENSATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week): $30,000–$60,000+
Full-Time (30–35 hrs/week): $80,000–$180,000+
Partner Track: $200,000–$500,000+

• 100% performance-based — no cap, no ceiling

• Respond to inbound client inquiries from our exclusive lead platform
• Conduct phone and virtual appointments with families
• Recommend appropriate protection solutions and guide clients through application
• Follow our proven sales and leadership development system
• Track your pipeline and activity in our CRM
• Advance into leadership and build your own team as you grow

WHAT YOU NEED

• Strong work ethic and a genuine growth mindset
• Coachability — willingness to follow a proven system before improving on it
• Reliable internet, smartphone, and computer or tablet
• Life & Health license — can be obtained after hire (we contribute $100 toward the course)
• Current U.S. residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship available
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

No prior insurance experience required. We train the right mindset.

LICENSING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A Life & Health license is required to sell — but not to apply. We contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course and guide you through the process. Most people complete it in 2–4 weeks while still working their current job.

Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.

Agents who follow the system and work consistently reach the numbers above. Agents who work in bursts don't. We provide the leads, the training, the mentorship, and the technology. The consistency has to come from you.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Income is commission-based.
