Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on sales projects and client requests in both English and Spanish.

Maintain documentation, task tracking, and timelines in SharePoint.
Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and report updates.
Provide high-quality customer service to international clients.
Requirements
Fluent English, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).
Experience in real estate project coordination or operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office).
Experience with HubSpot CRM.
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
Conditions
Fully remote.
Preferably based in Nicaragua; candidates from elsewhere in Latin America are welcome to apply.
Salary: $800–$1,000/month.
Candidates based in Nicaragua will be contracted locally.
