Position Overview

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals and reporting results. You will play a direct role in revenue generation, working closely with prospects and ensuring a smooth, professional sales experience.

This is not a support-only role. You are expected to think and perform like a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Conduct cold calling and appointment setting
  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via call, text, and email
  • Qualify prospects and present service offerings
  • Close deals and convert opportunities into booked jobs
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
  • Create daily and weekly sales reports
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and no missed opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2+ years experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing roles
  • Proven ability to handle the full sales cycle independently
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident in cold calling, objection handling, and closing
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and accountable

Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines
  • Reliable work-from-home setup (own equipment and stable internet)
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Comfortable with time tracking and performance monitoring
