We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded salesperson who is confident picking up the phone, creating opportunities and turning conversations into results.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role where you’ll make 80–100 calls per day, confidently handle objections and work towards clear appointment, conversion and revenue targets.

Your Role

• Make 80–100 outbound prospecting calls per day
  
• Prospect homeowners, landlords, buyers and investors using provided data and leads
  
• Confidently handle objections and turn conversations into opportunities
  
• Convert leads into valuations, appointments and new business
  
• Book qualified appointments for the UK-based team
  
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords and investors
  
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
  
• Work towards daily KPIs, conversion and revenue targets
  
• Cross-sell additional services including mortgages, conveyancing and lettings
  

What We’re Looking For

• A confident and persuasive telephone manner
  
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development
  
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
  
• Resilience and the ability to maintain momentum after rejection
  
• Commercially minded and motivated by targets and results
  
• Self-motivated and disciplined when working remotely
  
• Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
  
• Able to identify opportunities and ask the right questions
  
• An interest in property and building a long-term career within the industry
  

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 UK time

Alternate Saturdays: 10:00–16:00 UK time
