What You'll Do

As a Remote Representative, your primary focus will be providing an outstanding client experience while helping families understand their available benefit options.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Build professional, long-term client relationships
• Listen to clients' needs and answer benefit-related questions
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage options
• Provide clear, personalized guidance based on individual needs
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Assist with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and professional development

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be comfortable using Zoom and online technology
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
