Remote monday.com Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Remote monday.com Implementation Specialist to work directly with international clients via video calls. This is a client-facing and technical role focused on understanding workflows, designing custom monday.com solutions, and building automations and integrations that drive real business improvements.

• Build, configure, and optimise monday.com boards, workflows, dashboards, and automations
• Design automation processes, integrations, and AI-supported workflows
• Use APIs and Python (or similar) to extend monday.com functionality and connect external systems
• Gather client requirements and propose effective workflow solutions
• Deliver onboarding, training, and walkthrough sessions via video calls
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and resolve system challenges
• Collaborate with the project manager and founders in agile sprint cycles
• Share insights to continuously improve solution delivery and client experience

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or workflow solution delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with monday.com (required)
• Background in automations, integrations, and process mapping
• Experience with APIs and Python (strong advantage)
• Confident presenting to clients and explaining solutions via video calls
• Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
