What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Relationship Advisor, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients by providing personalized service and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication

• Educate clients about available benefit programs and coverage options

• Answer questions and provide personalized guidance

• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Resolve concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience

• Collaborate with teammates to support shared success

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
