What You'll Do
As a Remote Licensed Sales Producer, you'll prospect new business, close sales, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs while building long-term relationships based on trust, personalized service, and exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing efforts.
- Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers build more comprehensive insurance protection.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Previous insurance sales experience (especially Allstate!)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required for remote consideration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
