What You'll Do

As a Remote Leadership Development Associate, you'll work directly with clients while developing the communication, relationship-management, and leadership skills needed for future advancement.

Client Service & Benefits Support

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
• Identify client needs and answer coverage questions
• Explain supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

Leadership & Professional Development

• Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship
• Attend weekly virtual coaching and development sessions
• Strengthen communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Learn effective coaching and team-development strategies
