What You'll Do
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage needs.
Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
Explain coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements.
Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
Work with the agency team to provide a positive customer experience.
Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Previous insurance agency experience required.
Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive problem solver with a genuine desire to help people.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with agency management systems and technology.
