This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting the wider team. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 USD per hour.

Responsibilities
• Organise and maintain digital files and company documents within our document management system.
• Ensure the accurate and timely categorisation and labelling of all electronic records.
• Retrieve and distribute files and information to staff members upon request.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for data confidentiality, record-keeping, and security.
• Perform regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with archiving old records and managing document lifecycles according to company guidelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as a File Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with digital filing software (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive).
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
