What You Will Do Day-to-Day

• Support Customers: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding diabetes care items and account management.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Help users understand device functionality, resolve operational issues, and guide them through setup instructions calmly and clearly.
• Documentation: Log interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Team Synergy: Partner with colleagues and supervisors to elevate service benchmarks and maintain a positive working culture.

What We Need From You

• Language Match: Fluent or native Dutch, plus a working B2 level in English for training and internal tools.
• Location Check: Must legally reside in and work from Portugal.
