We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time | Remote)

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team and provide exceptional support to our customers before, during, and after our virtual events.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and virtual event attendees. You'll provide support through email, chat, and SMS, moderate our online communities, and ensure our clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and SMS.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Moderate and engage with members in online communities (such as Facebook Groups).
  • Assist attendees during live virtual events and help resolve issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM and support platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience using CRMs, customer support platforms, and SMS tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for team and client video calls.

Additional Requirements

Equipment

  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Dual monitors are required for this role.

Typing Speed

  • Minimum 45–50 WPM.

Schedule Flexibility

  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules, especially during high-demand virtual events, to ensure consistent support coverage.

Available Shifts

  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (2 openings)
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST (3 openings)

Location

  • Open to applicants throughout the Philippines, except those currently residing in Davao and Cebu (at this time).

Compensation

  • $3 USD per hour
  • Performance-based pay increases and growth opportunities based on tenure and results.
