We are currently hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced eCommerce support team during Peak season. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are confident communicating in English and enjoy helping customers through phone, chat, email, and SMS support.
We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and deliver a positive customer experience across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS
- Assisting customers with purchase-related questions and order support
- Following up on pending inquiries and unresolved customer interactions
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates
- Providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support
- Building positive customer relationships through clear communication
Training & Project Timeline
- Training Start Date: Monday, June 29, 2026
- One week of training followed by one week of supported on-the-job experience
- Paid training
Compensation & Contract
- $5.50 USD per hour
- Paid weekly in arrears
- Independent Contractor position
