About the Opportunity

We are building a growing remote customer service team and are looking for dependable, professional individuals in Ohio who want the flexibility of working from home.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support through inbound and/or outbound customer interactions depending on the client program you are assigned to.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has customer service, call center, sales, appointment-setting, hospitality, administrative, or similar experience — but motivated individuals who are new to remote customer service are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions
Follow client procedures and quality standards
Document customer interactions accurately
Maintain reliable attendance and scheduled availability
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
Participate in required training and certification
Maintain a professional work-from-home environment

What We're Looking For

Located in Ohio
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Professional telephone presence
Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple applications
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Reliable high-speed internet
Ability to successfully complete required screening and training
Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
