- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
