Remote Booking Travel Professional

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Booking Travel Professionals. In this role, you will help clients with booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages. You will ensure that each clients travel experience is smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs all while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel reservations including accommodations, transportation, and activities

• Provide recommendations that match client preferences, budgets, and travel goals

• Confirm accuracy of reservations and itineraries

• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings

• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates

• Respond to client questions and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
