What You’ll Do

  • Engage with members who’ve requested benefit details

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

  • Present available plans in a clear, straightforward way

  • Assist with digital applications and policy setup

  • Ensure accurate records and compliance

  • Take part in ongoing training and leadership development
