Key Responsibilities

• Assist eligible members with benefit enrollment information and verification of program eligibility.

• Handle incoming customer service calls and address questions regarding benefits and coverage.

• Conduct follow-up calls with individuals who have requested additional information or assistance.

• Schedule and facilitate virtual consultations to discuss available protection programs.

• Evaluate individual needs and present suitable insurance solutions using company-provided assessment tools.

• Guide clients through coverage selections, application procedures, and enrollment documentation.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of member communications and account activity.

• Attend regular training sessions and collaborate with leadership to remain informed about products, services, and program changes.
