AO Globe Life is growing and looking for Client Services Associates who can deliver an excellent experience to individuals and families seeking insurance information. You will work with warm leads, receive training and mentorship, and build a career focused on helping people make informed protection decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to prospective clients and schedule appointments

• Conduct virtual needs-based conversations

• Help clients understand their insurance options

• Recommend appropriate life, supplemental health, and accident coverage

• Follow up consistently and professionally

• Keep client communication clear, organized, and timely

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
