Manage supporter relationships and provide excellent service across phone, email, and mail, while encouraging fundraising, long-term engagement, and increased supporter contributions. We’re looking for an inspiring Relationship Executive to play a vital role in building meaningful connections with individual, group, legacy and corporate supporters, delivering an exceptional supporter experience that inspires long-term engagement and maximises the impact of their contribution to our life-saving work.
Working as part of our Regional team, you'll use your professionalism, empathy and relationship-building skills to provide outstanding service across phone, email and mail, fostering trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for supporters to deepen their involvement with Cancer Research UK.
By working collaboratively with colleagues and championing a supporter-first approach, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects our ambition, credibility, humanity and determination to beat cancer.

Eligibility criteria
Internal candidates should ideally have completed their 6-month ‘getting started’ period before applying for other roles. You should also advise your current line manager at the point you make an internal application, or at the latest, at the point of being invited for an interview.
All internal candidates applying for a secondment, must have:
o completed their getting started period
o discussed their intention to apply and gained approval to apply with their line manager
o been in their substantive (home) role for at least 6 months (this is only applicable if you have previously been on secondment)
