This PRN, per visit position is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their families under the direction of a physician.  The posted rates reflect the range depending on type of visit made.     Meritan is ACHC accredited and CAPABLE certified.
