You will manage the full-cycle sales process for golf venues across North America and maintain long-term relationships with your clients. This includes prospecting, closing deals, training venue staff, and driving expansion revenue within your assigned territory.
Sell Sweetspot to golf venues across North America, then stay with them as their main contact for the long run. Full-cycle sales and account ownership in one role, as one of our first hires in North America.
We make golf more valuable — to the player who shows up, the operator who runs the venue, and the game itself. It's the test we hold everything we build to.
Sweetspot is the commercial platform for modern golf facilities: bookings, payments, memberships, dynamic pricing, POS, the player app, revenue management agents and the reporting that finally tells an operator what all of it earns. We build for the facility because that's where golf actually happens. When a venue knows its players, it can give every one of them a reason to come back, and that's how the game grows. Golf will never be worth enough, so we'll never be done.
500+ facilities in 20 countries, built in Sweden — and North America is where we're growing fastest. This is one of the first hires on the ground, so you won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it with us, and every venue you sign is one more place where golf is worth more than it was the year before.
Most range and simulator operators here can't answer the question their business rests on: what is an hour of bay time worth, and when? They price the same bucket at 7am Tuesday as at 6pm Friday. They don't know which bays sit cold or which members quietly stopped coming. The data exists — it's just scattered across a booking tool, a POS, a Toptracer bay and somebody's spreadsheet, none of which talk.
We put it in one place and then do something with it: pricing that fills the cold hours, memberships that make revenue forecastable, utilization and yield reported per bay and per hour. It isn't a software sale. You show an owner what their venue could earn, then stay and make it happen.
Golf is a small industry and it runs on people. An operator who bought from you does not want to be handed to a stranger the week after go-live — so we don't do that. You keep your customers. You sign them, you see them through the switch, and you're still the name in their phone two years later when they're opening a second site.
That's a deliberate choice. It costs more per rep and it means we hire people who can do both halves of the job. It's also why our customers stay, and why they take our call when we have something new to sell them.
Find the opportunities. Roughly 70% of your week. Your own pipeline, your own demos, your own closes. Nobody hands you leads.
Own the partner relationships. Toptracer and Range Servant are how much of this market gets built. Be the person their people in your territory actually call — joint visits, shared prospects, and enough standing with them to open doors we'd never open cold. This is your path to high velocity from Day 1.
Get customers through the transition. Switching systems is the scariest thing an operator does all year. You own the commercial side of go-live and you train their team yourself. Our Support team takes configuration, migration and the ticket queue, so your time goes into the relationship.
Don't be a stranger. Regular contact, on site, with their numbers in hand — what's underpriced, which hours are cold, which members drifted. Show up before they need you, not after.
Sell the whole portfolio. Then come back and grow them: memberships, dynamic pricing, vouchers, POS, Pay & Dispense, the app, the second site. Expansion sits in your number, not somebody else's.
Well-connected in golf where you live. Range owners, simulator operators, academy directors — by first name.
A closer. Full-cycle B2B with multiple stakeholders and an install at the end.
Comfortable in the numbers. You can build the payback case in front of an owner and defend it without a spreadsheet to hide behind.
Someone who wants to own customers, not just deals. You'd rather have twenty operators who trust you than fifty logos you never see again.
Able to teach. Standing behind a counter walking a manager through pricing rules is part of this, and you're good at it.
Time spent operating a range, golf course, simulator venue or academy.
Existing relationships at Toptracer, Range Servant, or in the range-equipment channel.
Revenue management, yield or pricing experience from hotels, fitness or ticketing — same problem, different capacity.
PGA / LPGA Class A status.
Base $ + uncapped OTE $ + potential equity down the line for the right person.
Commission that pays on expansion as well as new logos, because you keep the customer.
A founder on any deal that needs one. No layers, no committee.
Support behind you on config, migration and tickets.
Travel covered. Flights, hotels, rental cars, mileage — the road is the job, so you're not funding your own territory.
Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and a golf budget that gets used.
The crew. Small enough that you'll know everyone.
Remote, anywhere in the US. You’ll cover the whole country, so regular travel to venues and partners is part of the job.
You must be authorized to work in the United States. We’re unable to sponsor visas for this role.
Tell us the three range or simulator operators in your territory you'd call first — and for one of them, what you think they're getting wrong about pricing. Skip the cover letter.
