Regional Sales Manager, Lancaster
Job Description
Axis Communications is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our customers, partners, and continued growth throughout North Central Pennsylvania.
As demand for Axis solutions continues to expand across the region, we are adding to our Pennsylvania team to ensure we maintain the high level of engagement, responsiveness, and support our customers and partners have come to expect. This is not a replacement position, but rather an investment in our continued commitment to customers, partners, and long-term growth throughout Pennsylvania.
The successful candidate will join an established Pennsylvania team and support a territory that includes a strong partner network, strategic end-user relationships, and significant opportunities for continued growth. North Central Pennsylvania offers a unique blend of opportunities across education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise markets, making it one of the most dynamic territories within the region.
The ideal candidate for this role would be located in or 30 minute drive from Lancaster PA.
Key Responsibilities
Support Customer and Territory Growth
- Work closely with the Pennsylvania regional team to execute strategic business plans that support long-term growth and customer success.
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across commercial, education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive engagement and relationship development.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities where Axis can create value.
- Support customers and partners throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive experience and successful outcomes.
Develop End User Relationships
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Engage customers early in the planning process to understand operational challenges and business objectives.
- Help customers evaluate solutions that improve safety, security, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
Strengthen Partner Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with security integrators, distributors, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners.
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies that support mutual success.
- Support partner development through training, education, planning, and ongoing engagement.
- Identify and onboard new partners where strategic opportunities exist.
Execute with Excellence
- Manage multiple opportunities, projects, and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity.
- Prioritize activities that drive meaningful results for customers, partners, and the business.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support customer success.
- Travel throughout the territory to support customers, partners, events, and business development activities.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful business-to-business sales, business development, account management, or partner development experience.
- Proven ability to manage a geographic territory and build strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated success working in collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience engaging directly with end users and strategic accounts.
- Experience collaborating with consultants, architects, engineers, and design professionals.
- Familiarity with network video, access control, video management software, cloud technologies, or related security technologies.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently, with occasional heavier lifts.
- 50%-70% travel required.
Compensation: The target salary range is $145,000 to $155,000 OTE (depending on location, education, and experience).
