What You'll Do: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with law enforcement agencies and governmental entities Strategically grow sales through prospecting, presentations, demos, and territory planning Manage your sales pipeline and customer relationships using Salesforce CRM Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training — both in-person and virtually Travel extensively (approx. 75% of the time), including some evenings and weekends Recommend tailored solutions that align with each agency’s needs and challenges Monitor competitors and contribute insights to overall market strategy Maintain and manage demo equipment for your region Be a reliable, proactive partner to customers and a valued team member across the organization Perks and Benefits: Competitive compensation and performance incentives Company vehicle for business travel Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and advancement Benefits are available on the first day of employment. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: A four-year degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of technical B2B sales or account management, preferably in law enforcement or traffic safety tech Proven experience managing multiple projects and traveling extensively Skilled in consultative selling, territory strategy, and influencing purchasing decisions Technically adept with the ability to troubleshoot and train end users Confident communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus Comfortable working from a home office and representing a brand with professionalism and integrity Preferred Experience: Prior sales experience with traffic safety or video solutions Background in law enforcement or public safety Experience working with state-level and metropolitan agencies Familiarity with local, regional, and state purchasing processes
