Role Overview

Shufti is strengthening its commercial presence across North America and LATAM by building an on-site regional team that works closely with its existing sales function and central teams.

The Regional Growth Marketing Manager will be the marketing owner for North America and LATAM, responsible for supporting pipeline growth, sales opportunities, customer expansion, and brand development across both regions.

Their responsibility should focus on regional, relationship-led, field-led, customer-led, and account-based growth, while the central marketing team continues to own scalable global channels such as PPC, paid social, SEO, and AI/LLM visibility.

The role will identify regional opportunities, create and execute local marketing activities, and provide the central marketing team with market insights, account priorities, campaign ideas, keywords, audiences, and messaging recommendations. The person will remain part of the central marketing team and report to the Marketing Leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Marketing Planning

  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for North America and LATAM based on regional sales priorities, target industries, accounts, market developments, and commercial opportunities.

  • Recommend regional activities and budget allocation for approval by the central marketing team.

  • Coordinate with sales, solutions engineering, product marketing, customer success, and central marketing to deliver the agreed plan.

2. Regional Pipeline and Account-Based Marketing

  • Generate and influence pipeline through account-based marketing, regional outreach, events, partnerships, communities, customer advocacy, and other locally owned channels.

  • Work with account executives to identify priority accounts and support them with tailored campaigns, content, messaging, events, and engagement plans.

  • Support active sales opportunities with relevant insights, customer proof points, competitive positioning, and regional materials.

3. Events, Communities, and Partnerships

  • Identify and manage relevant conferences, roundtables, webinars, networking activities, industry communities, associations, and regional partnerships.

  • Evaluate opportunities based on audience relevance, target-account access, cost, and pipeline potential.

  • Manage promotion, meeting generation, participation, lead follow-up, and commercial outcomes for Shufti-hosted and third-party activities.

4. Customer Marketing and Expansion

  • Work with sales and customer success to identify cross-sell, upsell, referral, and customer advocacy opportunities.

  • Develop regional case studies, testimonials, references, webinars, customer events, and other proof points.

  • Use customer relationships to strengthen retention, expansion, regional credibility, and new pipeline generation.

5. Regional Content and Thought Leadership

  • Create regional articles, social content, campaign copy, sales materials, event messaging, and account-specific content.

  • Adapt Shufti’s central messaging to regional regulations, industries, languages, buyer concerns, and market conditions.

  • Support employee advocacy and help regional team members build visibility through social content, speaking opportunities, commentary, and industry participation.

6. Market Intelligence and Central Marketing Collaboration

  • Monitor regional regulations, fraud trends, buyer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify timely marketing opportunities.

  • Provide the central performance, content, SEO, GEO, and campaign teams with regional insights, keyword recommendations, target audiences, account priorities, and campaign themes.

  • Review regional performance and recommend improvements based on lead quality, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and sales feedback.

Required Background and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation.

  • Prior experience in RegTech, FinTech, identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC, KYB, AML, payments, or another related B2B technology sector.

  • Experience generating or influencing sales pipeline through events, partnerships, communities, customer marketing, content, or account-based marketing.

  • Strong understanding of the North American and LATAM business markets, including regional buyer behaviour, industries, and marketing channels.

  • Ability to create high-quality content independently, including articles, social content, campaign copy, sales materials, and thought-leadership content.

  • Experience supporting customer advocacy, referrals, case studies, upsell, or cross-sell activities.
