About the role
Passionate about horticulture and building strong grower relationships? Join Bayer Vegetable Seeds as our Regional Business Manager for Victoria, where you'll combine technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive product adoption, support customers and grow a leading vegetable seed portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical agricultural expertise with commercial leadership, working directly with growers, nurseries, distributors and industry partners to deliver innovative seed solutions that improve productivity and create value across the vegetable supply chain.
This is a remote-based role located in Victoria, with regular travel throughout key vegetable-growing regions including East Gippsland, Mildura, Shepparton, Werribee and surrounding areas. You will manage a diverse territory, develop strong customer relationships, execute trials and demonstrations, support product launches and drive sustainable business growth.
