Role Overview
This is a leadership role for someone who can take full ownership of delivery after the commercial stage and turn client needs into structured, high-quality hiring execution. You will guide recruiters and sourcers, shape search strategies, manage delivery quality and speed, and build trust with clients through strong communication and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over clients after the sales stage and lead the recruitment delivery process end-to-end

  • Run detailed intake discussions, clarify hiring needs, and align strong job briefs

  • Build search strategies and assign the right recruiters and sourcers to each role

  • Oversee delivery quality, speed, and consistency across active searches

  • Review shortlist quality, sourcing progress, interview preparation, and early interview results

  • Coach recruiters and sourcers, raise standards, and improve ownership across the team

  • Communicate clearly with clients, provide meaningful updates, and advise on market reality

Requirements

  • Strong recruitment experience, ideally in fintech, tech, or other complex hiring environments

  • Experience managing several searches at once with clear ownership of outcomes

  • Experience working directly with clients and leading search strategy discussions

  • Experience mentoring, managing, or developing recruiters

  • Strong ability to balance speed, quality, and delivery performance

  • Fluent Russian and English
